We knew Fran as a neighbor to our daughter. We had stayed with our daughter for several months and got to know Fran and her son Bobbie. She was the reflection of greatness. Her concern for others was very obvious. Life was not all about herself but concern and helpfulness to anyone she came in contact with. Fran lives on by her stamp of excellence on anyone she came in contact with.
