Frances Rouse

Died Sept. 10, 2007 Frances Rouse, 78, of Elkmont died Monday. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at McConnell Funeral Home with interment at Sunny Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
