Frances Rowe will be remembered as a spirited and engaging person by most who knew her. Fran was there to welcome us to the Falcons Point neighborhood in 1995. She greeted us before we even moved in across the street from the home she and her husband shared from the beginning of the subdivision off Maidu Drive in south Auburn in the 1980s.
