We stayed in touch although I had to leave New York for my husband`s career and we remained in touch largely for almost 60 years. I will miss her she was a very good person who try to always do the right thing

I miss Fran very much. She was my social butterfly!

RIP Frances. Such a lovely woman. Once you got to know her, she would have you rolling. I will miss our chats and visits. I know you are reunited with that bird who just adored you and definitely, did not like me <3

So Sorry for the loss of Fran. I worked with her and socialized with her. She was a warm, giving person. I will miss her

I´ve known her 55 years she was Always concerned about serving the needs of others. Hard-working caring intelligent I will miss our conversations. I admired her unstopability, her gumption

Danielle and Marc, I was shocked to learn of your Mom's sudden passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all

And Fran was my matron of honor at my wedding in 1974 (photo below). Your mom was a doer, a distinguished educator, and her heart was filled with kindness...
