Not sure what to say?

I would like to say Fran was a very hard worker, and a sweet person. She always spoke and never complain about work or anything she had to do. It was a pleasure working with her at the Housing Authority of Cook County! She will be missed, my condolences to her family and friends.

Ms. Skalski was my 2nd grade teacher at Caldwell Elementary. She was a very loving and kind teacher who made learning exciting. Ive lived in Colorado for almost 40 years and remember her and Ms. WrIght fondly. Ive been a School Psychologist for over 20 years and try to instill the same passion for teaching learning in teachers and students that Ms. Skalski And Ms. Wright instilled in me.

I have worked with Fran for my 20 years of working at the Housing Authority. Fran was totally a sweet heart and a hard and dedicated employee of HACC. Fran never missed a day of work. We could always count on Fran being in the office through rain, snow, and sunshine. We could definitely count on Fran to get any project done in a timely manner, where it seemed as though it would take others all day or at least 2 days to complete. Fran was good at whatever task that was placed before...

Fran was very kind. She said what she meant lovingly. Fran will be missed at The Housing Authority. May God's Grace and Mercy be with You All.

I am truly going to miss Fran. She always came to work, regardless of whatever was going on. And she always spoke to me. Her passing really hurted my feelings. Your family is in my prayers.

Frances was a very sweet person. She was an excellent teacher. Her students loved her. We both taught third graders at Caldwell Elementary.

I wondered if this is the Frances Skalski who attended St. Michael's Grammar School, Class of 1962? If so I wnt to school with her and we were close friends from there and the South Chicago neighborhood. It is sad to think a lady her age, with such talent and character was laid to rest so soon. My sympathy for her family. Linda Piwowar Gorken (St. Michael). Rest in peace!

My deepest sympathy to your family. Fran and I were colleagues when we both taught at Caldwell School. She was an exceptional teacher. The children in Room 414 knew they had a great teacher. But, most of all, she was a friend. Her calm demeanor and great smile were always present. We shared many conversations at lunch. She loved her family! We both went back to school together to obtain our Masters Degree because we both loved teaching. So many fond memories of Fran.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
