Sis. Fran will be greatly missed at the Windber Church of God, she ment alot to alot of people. Our prayers are with you all.

Sister Fran was very special lady and she touched many lives. She was very special to me and I will really miss her. I am just glad she is in a better place now and is not suffering anymore. I can't wait for that reunion when we will all get to see her again. My prayers are with the Smith family.
