Bill and I are so sad to hear about Frances. We have such wonderful memories of Frances and her wonderful laugh and smile. She was truly a gracious servant of her precious Savior and Lord. Her sweet family is in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Frances since her days at William and Mary. She was an inspiration to me and all who knew her. I appreciated her love and dedication to the Lord and her family and friends.
