Not sure what to say?

Playful adventurer characterized mom's travels-ostrich race anyone?

Dear Mom,

Mother, friend, fellow travel enthusiast, -- we'll miss you in all your roles.

Wishing there had been the physical strength for one last "grand adventure" like your 1999 3-week South African train trip. Belgiums, Swedes, Brits and Aussies -- your personal arsenal of new friends was awesome and made our adventures so much more memorable.

And until we meet again mom,
"May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun...

Crystal--I just found out about your Mom and wanted to send my sincere sympathies. I read Mary Therese's note and agree wholeheartedly that the memories I have of your mom are the same....although the trips to the Dairy Queen are the most memorable. Your mom was a wonderful, generous woman.I'll keep her and your family in my prayers. I'd like to think our mothers are up in Heaven watching over us and catching up with each other. God bless and watch over you.

Crystal,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and Molly. Sorry I couldn't be there but please know I'm thinking of you and looking forward to some campfire time and stories about your Mom when you return. Love, Heather & Sydney

Crystal,
My daughter just called me and said that she spoke with my mom and my mom mentioned that a good neighbor had died. My mom is 89 now and doesn't always remember to tell me things. I am so sorry to hear that your mom passed away. I have the best memories of our childhood - you, Gloria, and me. I remember the big tin of candy your mom kept, the freeze pops we would ask you for, and piling into your mom's station wagon to go to Dairy Queen! I also remember your mom letting us...

Crystal,

It was a pleasure to be a part of saying good bye to your Mom. Thank you for your hospitality while we were there. We are all so glad that we were able to come for you at this difficult time in your life. Fran will be missed by many. She was a wonderful woman. See you soon.

(Your Fort Wayne Friend:-)

Those we love do not go away,
they walk beside us everyday.
Unseen, unheard but always near,
still loved, still missed, still very dear.
Our memories will never die,
as time goes on and days go by.
Your presence we miss,
your memories we treasure.
Loving you always,
and forgetting you never.

Dear Cliff & Crystal - I will always remember Aunt Fran even though I was only an "In-Law". She knew that her nephew Chuck loved her and, I'm sure, regretted losing touch for so many years. May her memory be eternal through you both, her granddaughters and her great-grandchildren.

Crystal & Cliff,
My sincere sympathy in the death of your mother. I fondly remember her and often thought about what became of your family. I especially remember riding around the block on Crystal's "surrey" and thought that was the neatest thing in the whole world!! Funny what memories we have of our childhood days. Blessings to you, and family, during this difficult time. Both my parents and my brother, Walt, have passed away, so I know the pain you
are enduring at this time. ...

Crystal and family,

I have so many great memories of your mom from when we were kids. Even over the years when I would run into her and she always kept me up to date on how you were. She was always so full of energy and always had a smile on her face. She was a wonderful woman.

Love, Rose
