Frances Spak

To Frances´ family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with her when she was the WIC Program Coordinator in Clackamas County. What an inspiration she was! She worked diligently on behalf of the women and young children she served. Always upbeat and focused on the creation of more equity and social Justice.
