Not sure what to say?

Dear Wells and Family, I am very sorry for your loss, I know my folks (Wayne & Elaine Tamblyn) were very fond of both Marion and Frances during their decades together as part of the GP family. I will share your Mom's obituary with them. They all shared great memories of BBR--particularly those early years. I still think of you all as I drive by the Lodge Condos. I hope your great memories give you all much comfort.

Remembering Mr. Talmadge and Mr. McLawhorn when working in the Treasurer's Department on the 6th Floor of the new Georgia Pacific Building in the 70s. Mr. Talmadge always amazed me being able to find exactly the document he needed from the many, many stacks of papers in his office. On one of your visits to the GP office you were escorted by your 4-year old son who promptly came forward to greet me saying, "Hello, my name is Wells Talmadge" while extending his hand in greeting."

Wishing you my heartfelt condolences on your loss. My mother, Sarah Hubbard Stevenson was a close friend of both Frances and Marion during the years they were in Portland. And for a long time afterward she kept our family up to date on your activities. Always in good spirits and a good friend, she will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Frances in Atlanta. Marion's office on the 10th floor of GP Center was down the hallway from my office. We grew to be pretty good friends and through Marion I met Mrs. Talmadge. She was a wonderful lady and I sincerely enjoyed her company when I was in her company.
I know her and Marion are united in heaven.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Wishing you peace to bring comfort face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold on to. May God continue to comfort your family.
