Our family has lost a long time friend. As youngsters we became acquainted in Orlando and through different family connections managed to keep in touch. Frances had a great big heart for all her loved ones and will surely be missed by so many.

My family and I wish to extend our deepest condolences to Lisa and Billy. Frances and I became much closer over the past 8 years since the death of my father and she will be greatly missed. Bill or Lisa if there is anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask.

It is the end of an era in Palm Beach. I had a business relationship with Mrs. Todman. One of my favorite memories is her sitting at her corner table at Club Colette, sipping a martini. The wait staff doted on her and she was truly a grand dame in her day. I will miss her, she was very kind to me.

Frances will forever be remembered for her loving kindness and generosity shown to my father and mother (Buck and Marge) and my brother (Steve) throughout the years. We will miss the many wonderful and enjoyable conversations we have shared. Frances was the last connection to my father which saddens me greatly. We loved Frances very much. May God bless her family and her memory. Love, Marjo & Frank

I was so sorry to hear that Frances passed away. She helped me through a very difficult period when my mother passed away two years ago and then my father passed just over two weeks ago. God has a plan for everyone in this life and I know that she is happy now.
