God Bless Fran!!! I heard someone say "May she rest in peace", which I immediately replied "Fran's not resting. She's having a great time in Heaven with all that have passed before her!" Always loved her spunk. Deepest sympathies to her family members.

John and I would like to express our sympathy to her kids.Fran always had a smile on her face and when we walked by, we live on the same block, she always asked how our kids and grands were doing.I remember her waiting on the porch for her neighbor to take her to church, as we were also going to church at the same time .May Gods peace be on you all.
