Frances Lara Valencia

I am from Birmingham but did not meet "Miss Frances" until last year when I moved to Atlanta. Although I did not know her long or well, I do have fond memories of her sweet smile and perky voice. She left this world too soon, and she will be missed. My condolences on the loss of your loved one.
