Frances Rebecca Van Hall 1918 - 2016
SUN CITY, AZ - Frances Rebecca Van Hall, 98, of Sun City, Ariz., passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016, in Legends Senior Living in Peoria, Ariz.
Frances was born Feb. 25, 1918, in Decatur, Ill., the daughter of Pansy (Hollenbeck) and Louis Harrison Moore. She married Oscar Frederick Van Hall Jr. on Dec. 7, 1940.
She worked at Decatur Title Company, Black and Company, and retired from the Illinois Department of Revenue.
Frances leaves behind her son, Gary Lee Van Hall of Sun City, Ariz.; daughter, Carole Sue (Jerry) Bean of Decatur; grandsons, Jarrod Andrew Bean of Tucson, Ariz., and Justin Tyler Bean of Corpus Christi, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and a very special aunt.
Honoring her wishes, a private family graveside service is planned.
Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel is assisting the family with services.
