Chan was the most Loving, Modern ,Pioneer we ever knew. She could make the worlds best home made bread as well as any other sauces and jellies you may want. While at the same time using a Apple watch and keeping up with her emails on her laptop. It was always a pleasure to spend time with her. She could always keep you entertained with stories of her life experiences. She has left behind a loving family that we know will miss her dearly. We will miss being able to Harold ask what is she up to...
