Got to know Fran thru Mercer County Retired Educators. Just a friendly,outgoing and caring gal. Fun to be around and gave a great deal of her time co chairing the Scholarship committee with her sister in law Mary Jo. The two of them were also registrars at our luncheons always conveying warm greetings. She will be missed.
