To All in Dear Fran's Family, Friends, Co Workers and so m Many Survivors due to Fran's Life Long work on Caring for ALL! It seems so hard to believe that Dear Fran has been gone since 2008 after her own Valiant battle with Cancer. I do miss you Fran as both a Co Worker at Boston EMS and more importantly as a Dear Friend! My Best thoughts and wishes to one and all who are still thinking of Fran in the same Sentiment I feel on this very day!
All my Best to All in this Family Filled with...

I am so very sorry to hear of Fran's passing. We worked together at Chaulk Ambulance- she on the road and Kim-Kerry and I in dispatch, and everytime she would enter the room it was like a tornado - non stop laugher turning into tear's. She alway's made everyone she met smile.. I have not seen here in year's but will never for get her. May you rest in peace you happy soul. There was nothing in this world that you were ment to do more than care for the critically ill and save lives. I wish...

I never had the priviledge of meeting Frances but this I know, she was much loved. Her father's eyes would just light up when talking about her. She will be greatly missed.

A select few witness the flight of a comet across the night sky in their lifetime. We are part of an even more-privileged group...those who witnessed the life and bright flight of Fran. Even those who knew Frannie for what was literally the blink of an eye, such as I, knew that she was a once-in-a-lifetime human being. Her acerbic wit, her generous heart, her earthy presence, and her matter-of-factness are all attributes that we have committed to our memories, where we will hold her now and...

I always loved an opportunity to see Fran. She had a wonderful sense of humor. I remember her fondly. My thoughts and love are with Fran and her family.

Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of meeting Frances... I was an EMT in Boston for almost 11 years with both the Boston Ambulance Squad and with Boston EMS. Frances sounds like the sort of person I would want working beside me in a critical situation. Dedicated, tough, strong, yet caring enough to show compassion to those she served and served with.

We in the Fire and Emergency Medical Services know that sooner or later we will lose a Brother or Sister, it is inevitable. ...

My thoughts and prayers are with the Wilkerson family.

I am so sorry I cannot be there with the family at this time. I have been a friend of Margaret Wilkerson's, Frannie's Mom, for about 20 years. The family has taken me in on many occasions when I couldn't be with my own family. I shared Fran's room a couple of times, and shared their table countless times as well. Fran was one of the smartest and funniest people I have ever met. Such a quick wit! She was a most entertaining storyteller. Fran had a lot of love for people and animals, especially...

To The Wilkerson Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Fran and I shared some humorous experiences at Chaulk Ambulance. I could always count on her to bring a smile to my face, even on the worst of days. I will miss her, and I hope that you all find comfort as time passes.
