Not sure what to say?

Such a kind, gentle soul Fran was. Considerate, helpful, just downright pleasant. Will miss working with her on "Boston Seniors Count" radio program. ----Bob Bittner, Owner of WJIB Radio 740, Cambridge.

I am sorry to hear of Frans passing. I knew her from
Summerthing and the dedication she had to bring music and
festivities to Hyde Park Children for many years.
I also knew her from her devoted work and help for Senior
Citizens.
She was a wonderful mother to her children and many other people she came into contact with.
She set a wonderful example of caring for everyone all the time.
My thoughts are with her family.

So sorry to hear of Fran's passing. I have not seen her in many years, but always have fond memories of her warm smile and positive attitude. Our prayers are with her children, grandchildren and siblings.
With our deepest sympathy and love,

So sorry to hear of frans passing....we have been wondering at bingo how she was doing...she will be missed

It is with heartfelt sorrow that I extend my condolences to the Johnnene family for the loss of a beautiful soul. I worked with Fran for a number of years at the Elderly Commission and considered her to be a friend. She was a wonderful person who was always kind, compassionate and going out of her way to help others. She will always be remembered. May God bless you as you travel this journey, may she rest in peace.

Fran was a longtime supporter of Family Nurturing Center and our Welcome Baby program. For over 15 years she collected handmade blankets, hats, sweaters, and other items from retired seniors so we could deliver them in gift bags to Boston families with newborns. She was tireless, positive, and generous, and we adored her. Thank you, Fran, for all the light and goodness you shared in your lifetime. We will miss you.

She was a bright and caring woman who loved seniors and they loved her. I have watched this colleague for the last thirty years and was frequently inspired by her work and dedication for Boston Seniors.

Working with Fran for most of her 35 years in Senior Corps/RSVP programming was both a joy and a privilege. Her untiring efforts on behalf of elders - long before she reached her own Golden Years - touched countless hearts, including mine!

Our heartfelt condolences to the family. May your loving memories of the times you shared bring you a measure of comfort now and in the days ahead.
