GianCarlo and Gloria and Family,
It was quite a shock to learn of your Father's passing. I remember fondly cello lessons, orchestra concerts and the day I visited the restaurant and met Francesco. The Tribune feature was a wonderful tribute to your family. Love, Joan and Lee Strouse

Gloria, Guido and GianCarlo,
I am deeply sorry to hear of Francesco's death. He was always so cheerful in his interactions with me. Every time I called, he said "Oh, RoBERta (hard to do his accent in writing, but Gloria knows how he said my name). I know how he loved you all, so keep those wonderful memories close. Take the best of care in this time of sadness. Love, Roberta
