TAMPA, FL - Francine E. Manchester, 67, of Tampa, formerly of North Attleboro died Friday, November 11, 2011 in her home.

Born May 12, 1944 in Havre de Grace, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Suzanne (Krikorean) Manchester.
Francine grew up in North Attleboro and has been a resident of Tampa for the past eight years. She lived in the Attleboro Area most of her life and graduated from North Attleboro High School, class of 1962.

She worked as a 18-wheel tractor trailer driver for many years, driving the US Mail and other goods between locations throughout New England and New Jersey.

She enjoyed playing the piano, singing, baking cakes, playing Scrabble and playing with her cats.

She is survived by two sons, G. Frank Meekins of St. Petersburg, FL and Craig D. Meekins of North Attleboro; two sisters, Kathy DeWitt of Galway, NY and Joanne Nelson of Willards, MD; a granddaughter, Michaela Meekins of North Attleboro; a nephew Dan DeWitt of Glenville, NY; and three nieces, Michelle DeWitt Bugajski of Milwaukee, WI, Julia Barclay of Portland, OR and Angel Barclay of Eugene, OR.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 30 from 6-8 p.m. in the Sperry & McHoul Funeral Home, 15 Grove Street, North Attleboro. A memorial service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 8 p.m. in the funeral home.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 1 at 10 a.m. in Mt. Hope Cemetery & Arboretum, Attleboro Falls.
