Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I think of Francine and what a beautiful, warm, loving, gentle, caring person she was. I miss our discussions - in French or English - on a variety of subjects. She always brought a different view to the subject. She opened a lot of doors of thought for me. I appreciated her humor and world view. Rest in peace, Francine.

Francine was such a special person in my life. Infinitely interesting, interested and a joy to be around. She was a calm voice of reason in a chaotic world. I see things in my home she gifted me and feel her incredible presence. I miss her.

I am so deeply saddened to come upon Francine's obituary in the Oregonian tonight. My heart goes out to her loving family; she loved all of you so much!
I so enjoyed Francine. She was such an amazing person! My daughter Hallie and I spent valuable time being tutored in French, and have such fond memories. I so enjoyed our meeting up for lunch on occasion. I will truly miss our dear Francine.
Sincerely,
Melinda Riswold

To her family we are so sorry to see that she has passed away.

She was our neighbor for 17 years. Always so sweet and kind.

Even after we moved I was still able to come and visit. She would always offer me a cup of tea.

Will miss her.

Sincerely,

Allie and Tom Hoffert
