We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Frank. He was our neighbor for many years on Normont, and we went through two neighborhood floods together. We spoke daily to him in passing or going and coming from the house. We shared several Italian meals of lasagna and wine together, and oved his company.He was so witty, smart and funny!, He was thoughtful, always keep us informed, and took great pride in all did. I am so sad to just find out about Frank's passing today. I worked with Frank on several cases over the years and found him to be one of the smartest people I've known. Frank was a true gentleman whom I considered a good friend and I will miss him.
