Joe when my brother called me yesterday to tell me that Frank had passed away I was shocked. You and your family have my deepest condolences during this time of sadness. The one thing that I will always remember was when Frank & I went up to Loudon, New Hampshire on impulse for the bike races and we camp out on the side of the road. We had started campfire to stay warm and we woke up in the morning the fire some how got close to my car and melted the right side directional light. To this day...
