Really great man. I served NYPD as an auxiliary officer under Frank while attending John Jay College. To say I liked him would be an understatement. I hope his family was proud of him.
I remember my first day and Frank telling me what to look out for. He was a great man and a really warm person. I loved his funny work related stories and the acronyms he had developed over his years. I wish I had the opportunity to thank him today.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

I miss our talks and the sound of your voice "Hi~a Babe!". I'm so sorry for everything I could have done and didn't. I love you and miss you very much. OXOXO
