My daughter and I first met Frank several years ago out at the Boutwell Equestrian Center. We so enjoyed chatting with him. We always seemed to have something to laugh about.He is missed. We send our love to you all.

WE knew Frank when he was a young boy, and have known his parents for many years. To lose a child is the worse event I can imagine. Our prayers to Gilbert and Inez tonight.
