Frankie, I can imagine you in heaven leading classes on relaxation and breath. (God has a tough job.) As far as what has transpired with my earthly relations, you would still tell this 59-year-old the same thing you told the 18 year old... Wisdom comes in many form and packages. So on the anniversary of your death, know that many still think about you with love and appreciation.

Frankie, You´ve been in my dreams. Perhaps it is because my mother and I have been reminiscing about good times. Your love of good food and your impeccable manners came up. (That´s a quote from her.) You were the first person to teach a little kid about "breath", "mindfulness" and "living in the now". Your patience was endless for the many questions of and having a 7 year old tagging along. In fact your entire family was such a blessing in my life and a place of refuge. Thank you...

I am so sorry for your loss.I had so much fun with frank when we were young men.His sense of humor and laughter could light up a room.My sympathy and condolences are with all of you.
