Frank was a great man, John and I spent winters in Florida with him and his wonderful wife Bernie. We enjoyed many good times which we will always remember. Hoping Frank didn’t endure too much pain. He will definitely be sadly missed, he was a real gentleman.

To the extended Birch family, I was so very sorry to learn of the passing of Frank, my name is Jim McColl and I am a 35 year employee of the now Inspectional services department, I first met Frank in 1985 when I started working for the Health Dept. at 37 Lee street, and he made a lasting impression on me. Bernie,Chris&Megan and extended Birch Family— I am very sorry that Frank has died. I hope he didn’t suffer too much. Gil & I enjoyed being with Frank in political arena long ago and visiting with you Bernie and Frank at your home with our kids were young.
