Francis passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. Francis was a resident of Rockland, Massachusetts at the time of passing. He spent his early life growing up in Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut before enlisting in the US Navy in 1945. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, 403 Union St, Rockland, on Tuesday at 9 AM. Burial to follow at Holy Family Cemetery.
