Francis S. Cheng, MD, Age 74, of South Barrington. Beloved husband of Lisha Cheng, nee Tan. Devoted father of Michael Cheng, Christine Cheng, Daphne Cheng, Jennifer Cheng.
Dr. Cheng was on staff at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove for over 41 years. He will be missed by his family and many friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 29, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg.
My sincere condolences to Dr. Francis' family. I'm a patient of him for 26 years. He'll be missed. Love you Dr. Cheng!!!

Dr. Cheng was an excellent cardiologist and internist and a good friend. I consider him to be one of my mentors. I learned much from him during the time I knew him and continue to learn from him even after his passing.
