I work at Brockton Hospital in Radiology back in the 1970's Dr Cogliano would come down the radiology hallways smoking his pipe Everyone would say Dr C is here....What a lovely man and a fine doctor..He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. So very sorry for your loss
