Not sure what to say?

I WILL MISS MY OLD FRIEND AND REMEMBER OUR BUSINESS DEALINGS. A TOUGH BARGAINER BUT A GREAT GUY TO NEGOTIATE WIT. WE HAD MUTUAL RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER. GREAT BUSINESS MIND. FRANK HAD A LOVE FOR THE GREAT GAME OF GOLF.BUT I THINK HE RELISHED BUSINESS MORE. I REALLY DID NOT JUST LIKE FRANK - I LOVED HIM! RIP MY FRIEND. CONDOLENCES TO PENNY AND THE FAMILY.

May I offer my condolences to the family. It was many, many years ago that I first met Frank in Cazenovia when I was dating my future husband, Mike Keenan. It was my pleasure to have known Frank and I remember him with fond memories. May your memories comfort you and bring you peace. In sympathy, Rosie

oops, forgot the most important part of my Nelson Inn memory. I "announced" that I was going to marry my fraternity sweetheart at the ADM Christmas Party (1972) we held at Nelson Inn. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

It is with great sadness that I learned of Frank's passing. My sincere condolences to Penny and all their family. I met Frank when we served on the County Board of Supervisors together. He is one of the most likeable people I have ever known. I always respected him and his judgement; his honesty, and his sincere concern for others...and the way he spoke his mind and stood up for what he believed in ! I looked up to him. We never spent much time together since those days, but whenever we...
