Not sure what to say?

Dear family, I was not aware of this at all. It came as a complete shock and disappointment. I would have attended the services but I was left clueless. No one considered informing on my side of the family. May God comfort each one of you this now being his 1 year anniversary of passing.

We are so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Dan still speaks of him often. We are praying for all of you. Dan and Evonne Moore

Dear Joanne, family and friends of Frank, On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Frank´s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow "Bubblehead" departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor on the USS Bang SS 385. To our "Brother-of-the-Phin" we say, "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Fair Winds and Following Seas." Thank you for your service to our country. Joanne and...

Frank was the best boss I ever had. I had the privilege of working for him when he was in charge of the Governor's Office of Human Resources during the Shaap administration. Frank was ALWAYS fair, thoughtful, analytic, gave clear directions and asked the right questions of me & his staff. He taught me a lot about state government, about the value of advocacy re public policy, and about leadership. I celebrate his life of service and love of family & country. My condolences to the entire...

I remember Frank as a leader and gentle man. I worked for him in the Governor's Office for Human Resources. We were a rowdy crowd to deal with as it was during the seventies. Thank you Frank for your leadership and inspiration. My condolences to your family.

So very sorry to hear of Frank´s passing. Sending our prayers and condolences to all the family - Ed & Peggy Patrick
