I am so so sorry for your loss! My memory of Frankie was running into PJ Story Time at the Bville library! Still makes me smile? Cindy Falise

Many years ago, my wife and I attended a couple of fall/halloween parties at the Cutie family residence. They had a big barn in the back and all of the Cutie clan would be running about and just having a glorious time. I remember meeting "little" Frankie at one of these parties and thinking he had such an amazing personality for being a youngster. Shine on, Frankie; you are amazing. Lee and James

Frankie was one of a kind. My deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends. You are all in my thoughts.

Now, this sounds like one Incredible man !!!!!My deepest sympathies to all who loved him

We were sorry to hear of Frankle's passing. We didn't know him personally but was kept informed of his last years through Betty Halkovich (I am Dave's sister). Our sincerest sympathy to each of you for the loss.
