I originally came to Dr. Frank for a second opinion, on a prognosis by a specialist that would have led to one and possibly two corneal transplants. He did not agree that surgery was necessary, and this advice was very insightful and timely. In the 35 years that I was his patient, my eyesight has not drastically changed. We remember Frank from many occasions throughout the years - Rose Hawthorne, Xavier, the Diaconate with my Dad (Bill Wildes), picking up Juliana at Preschool.
