I met Francis in October of 2020 at Vogue Recovery Center in Las Vegas, NV. We instantly bonded and became instant brothers. We both attended the Veterans program through Vogue and became roommates. I´ve never had a friend like Francis or met someone as tough, funny or warm hearted as you were. We grew up playing sports and going to the same school but I didn´t get to really know you until we were in high school and those memories will never be forgotten. You helped me get through hard times I wouldn´t have been able to alone. You really were the best friend anyone could have asked for. You showed me compassion, you showed me loyalty and you showed me what being a good person really is....

I remember playing guitar at Bodhi; when I played Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd, it caught Frankie´s attention. He told me he wanted to learn it because it made him think of his father who had passed. I have sweet memories of teaching him that song in addition to many other memories together and that song will now always make me think of him
