Francis “Hank” E. Devine, passed away peacefully at home on December 8, 2020, at the age of 87. He was born in Springfield, MA, in 1933, the son of Mary Rochford and Raymond Devine. Uncle Hank was such a loving man. He was my dad's ( Bill Duclos)best friend. My best childhood memories are if him coming to NC to visit us. R.I.P Uncle Hank. You are now with Dad again.
