Thinking of Fran makes me smile. Even in trying situations, he kept focused & calm. His subtle sense of humor
while teaching FAA-required classes, during contract negotiations & in civil court proceedings, made them more bearable. He encouraged graciousness & loyalty by his example. God blessed us with this fine man!

Fran was amazing . I don't believe there was anything he couldn't do . I remember attending a meeting , with him , and he was taking notes , in shorthand .
He and Lorraine also volunteered for the Washington State Special Olympics. That's when I realized he was also a skilled carpenter . He built a beautiful Japanese structure , for our venue.He was my "partner in crime " in so many charitable ventures .I could always count on him .
Fran was such a kind man, and a true gentleman . I...

Many good memories of Fran come to mind!
He did his best to be fair in our workplace, which he capably managed for many years.
Fran was always organized. His earthly life lasted exactly 95 years; he passed away on
his birthday! I thank Fran for his wartime service to our beloved USA! And offer prayers
& sympathy to his Family.

Andrea and I took Fran out to dinner a few times after he checked into his Retirement residence. Beginning a few years ago the home indicated he was no longer there and couldn't tell us where he had gone. We enjoyed his stories and pictures of years past. We'll miss him and send our condolences to his family.
