Francis Dieter

I lived behind Francis and Clara up until 1997. I used to love our visits in the alley way. Francis made perches for my bird cage and I just always enjoyed spending a little time with him. He was a wonderful and beloved neighbor. I live in Alabama now and just learned of his passing today, otherwise I would have come in person.
