When someone says my life-long friend when it came to you and me it was true. I remember you in the playpen and even though you would never share your bottle and blanket, I still felt you were an OK dude. I really can't think of many days that you were never in my thoughts. Good or bad we were a package deal. I will always carry your friendship deep in my heart Dug. We were suppose to be old men splitting a park bench one day, but I know you are with love ones, safe and at peace. Love...

I was shocked to hear of his death! FJ bought me an airplane ticket to fly back to Dana Point in December of 1978 when we were driving Jeff Gagnon to the airport after a Christmas visit home. May God bless You in your grief for the loss of such a great Guy!

Hi Jim, Remember me? So sorry for the loss of your handsome brother. Sending you healing prayers and comforting hugs at this time of sorrow. RIP Francis.

So sorry to hear about FJ. Gone much too soon. Wonderful memories and fun times. We started our careers together at Dr. Scholls! Best wishes to his friends and family. Keep his laugh and smile in your memories. Susan

Frank will always be remembered for his smile, sense of humor, friendship and devotion to the NCH volunteers and the NCH Auxiliary Board.

FJ and the Duggan Family are a multigenerational extension of the Caseys. The friendship between FJ and my father, Jim Casey, is one to be admired. You'll be truly missed, FJ. Thank you and your family for a lifetime of friendship and love.

FJ was a classic from the day he was born....always had a story...always so upbeat and friendly to everyone he met... as a little guy walking around the Vesper pool telling stories or later on playing golf ..we all looked forward to seeing FJ......His parents and entire family were so much fun to grow up with....Best to all Family Members...

FJ, Your legion of friends in Lowell (MA) will always remember sharing with you happy times, contagious laughter, silly pranks and the "Duggan Clan".
