Not sure what to say?

Frank was a best friend and a great coworker. We had such a great friendship flying around the world as members of the Westover AFB C5A operation(s) and we loved all things Irish. He truly was a superb intellect and had an incredible sense of humor. My family and his were very close and we have missed him and his family since we knew them in the 1990s and subsequently were militarily transferred out of the area. God bless you Frank and all who were fortunate to be ever in your orbit in any...

It was a sad day to learn of your passing. Our lives always passed each other from the first day when you were my boss at Spalding and when we four would always take off and spend the weekends together. We shared so many laughs all of those years. Our families had a lot of fun and laughs together. I will always miss you Frank, you were one of my best friends. May you RIP. Joanne and Jim

I'm sorry to recently learn of Franks passing. He was a friend and teaching colleague and I was a former journalism student of his years ago. I'm saddened by this. He was always interesting to talk with. RIP Frank.

Thank you, Frank, for sharing your life with so many here on Earth. You are a kind man, and your caring spirit continues to bless all who know you. May special blessings be with your family in these times of adjustment, and forever.

So sorry for your loss. Frank was an amazing professor and friend, and it was so great to continue to enjoy his humor through his frequent Facebook posts. I’m so saddened to hear of his passing. Now if only I could think of the quip he would make about this!

Sincerest condolences to Frank's family.

Our friendship endured through the beers at Donovan's Irish Pub in Springfield, across the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
I especially enjoyed our banter through the pages of Face Book , private messages and emails.
Frank was a good and decent man and a friend to so many.

While, I was hopitalized last November, Frank would send me messages with advice and urging me to fight the Corona Virus. He was a friend's friend.

Back at the days of HCC Frank was my mentor and friend. We just recently stayed in contact on Facebook it was nice to communicate with him again. His name is one name I will always remember

To the Faulkner's,
We were sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. We will be keeping your family in our prayers.
Sincerely,
Brendan, Austin, Kevin O'Toole and Family

Had intro to journalism with Frank at UMASS in 1978. Will never forget his wicked sense of humor (particularly with Art Clifford), or his unique but very effective teaching style. R.I.P. noble professor.
