Dr.Forte delivered out first daughter in 1967. He was a caring and giving person. May he rest in peace in Heaven with Our Lord.

Our deepest condolences on the passing of your father. He delivered our four children and neither they nor I would be here without him. He was a wonderful man.

We will never get over losing Josephine and Francis Fote. They were a significant part of our lives here in Arizona. You feel if you love someone enough you won't be separated, but God has other ideas...We'll never be the same.
