It was truly a pleasure to have known Frank and worked him over the past couple of years. He was always very knowledgeable and stayed sharp in mind. I will certainly remember what a great person he was and how much he cared for everyone. My thoughts and prayers go out to Anne and the entire family. I am sure he will be watching over everyone just as he always did.

What a wonderful man! Frank's charm and wit will be missed by all. My heart and prayers go out to Anne and his beautiful family! May God give you an abundance of grace in this difficult time.
