Francis Gilbert

I have just learned of the passing of Dr. Gilbert and want to extend my most sincere condolences to the family. I moved across the street from Dr. Gilbert and his wife, Shirley, 16 years ago and they were both welcoming and kept an eye out for this newcomer to the neighborhood.
