It is difficult to write through tears. Frank had become much like the older brother I never had. He was always there with his wisdom, his guidance and his friendship, and he was a raconteur without equal. He was an amazing role model for anyone who wanted to know how to live life to the fullest. In both his personal and his professional lives, he made a difference. And he dearly loved his Mary Louise. He will long be remembered and sorely missed.

Frank was a wonderful man.We worked together in the 80s and 90son Space Station.I dont think it would have ever happened without Frank.He was such a giving person who was always there to provide counsel and advice on both a personal and professional level.
