In reading the obit of Francis Julian, his name and family reminded me of the distant past when the Julian family lived at 312 Odell Avenue. My family lived at 308 Odell during the late 1930's and 1940's and knew the Julians. I well remember my family going to a going away party at the Julian home when he left to serve in the army.
