Not sure what to say?

Yes dr Kenny, your were part of my life for 35 years, and now you're gone. Pray for me God is listening to you. I will never forget of your kindness and knowledge. Goodbye my dearest friend

I am just now hearing of Dr. Kinney's passing, and I'm heartbroken. He was a great doctor, educator, and friend. He was a great advocate for his patients. All who worked with him learned so much. My condolences for all of our loss.

My Condolences to the family of Dr.Kinney/ My Doc , He always showed concern about the patients and my family. He was great person. When l came to Geriatrics /C7S unit of UAB in 2005 he taught me the ropes.

Cleve was a very special and compassionate class mate. Sincere Condolences Ron Wyatt class of 1985

I am so fortunate to be counted among his many children, and he meant so much to me during my education as a psychiatrist. He truly inspired confidence and the love of learning, and had such a great sense of humor. Just a few years ago I talked with him at a conference and made sure I still had his cell number still in case I needed to "run a case by him"- I was his Resident 16+ years ago and he never stopped teaching and helping us all grow. We were all truly blessed to be taught by him. ...

Cleve was a friend from our days in Norway. He loved to talk politics with us and we enjoyed meeting his quirky friends in Birmingham. We have made a gift to our local rescue squad in his name

Cleve was a dear friend for more than forty years. Some of our fondest memories are of Christmases he spent with us. We shall miss him.

Single Memorial Tree

Cleve came into the lives of the Ball family in Oslo at the end of the 1960s. He was a frequent visitor to our home in Avlos, during my father Brian's stint on secondment from the British Navy. Brian, Anne & kids Mark, Jane & Simon, stayed in touch from that time onwards. There were visits to England, Norway & return visits to Alabama. Cleve was such a dear, kind & funny man & will be missed by us all. Our condolences to his family, many of whom have met the Ball seniors.
