A generous man and a good friend

Karen, So sorry to read of Franks passing. I have so many great memories from our years at St Matthew´s . Saying prayers for you and your family

Karen please accept my sincere condolences on your loss of Frank. Knowing Frank since St. Matthew´s it was always great to see him at various car shows in and around Springfield. My most recent memory was meeting you both at the Big E a few years ago and having the privilege of meeting you Karen, Frank´s love of his life. Frank was always a man of great stature whenever he was in uniform for the State Police and his career certainly was commendable. I´ll never forget Frank´s V-8 Boss Hog and...

Deepest condolences to you, Karen, and to the rest of the family. We have wonderful memories of Frank from school (Ludlow High School, Class of `67) and reunions. May happy memories and loving friendships comfort you. We´ll miss him.

My condolences to you all,Frank was a very big influence to me in a lot of ways always looked out for me I am and always will be grateful for our friendship

My condolences to the Kozaczka family. Frank was a fixture throughout my career on the MSP, and it was a pleasure to work with him whenever our paths crossed.

My heartfelt condolences to Karen and family ,I met Frank as a fellow Motor Officer as I was a Springfield Police Officer , we trained and rode together for several years .we traveled to several rallies throughout the years and around the country .I enjoyed visiting with him at local cruises nights .He will be missed by all . Rest in peace my friend

My sincere condolences to Frank's family and friends at this difficult time. I knew Frank as a fellow 'car guy' over many years, and as a brother LEO. He was personable, and a no nonsense man. Though it has been quite a while since we have run into each other, I will miss him. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.

I am so sorry for Frank´s loss. Many thanks to you, his family, for sharing him with the MSP family for so many years. I was blessed to work with him at B-5 and watch and learn from his example. He was fearless, determined, and smart. When he retired, it was me who received the promotion to Sergeant when Frank´s stripes became available. I told him about it at a Trooper´s Picnic and it meant a lot when he said that made him happy. Rest in Peace, Sarge.
