Francis Edward "Frank" Lang

From 1990-1999 I was assigned to the Hayward CHP office. Testified in from of Mr Lang dozens of times. He was tough on the public. Still to this day I share silly stories of things he would say and do in the courtroom. He was the absolute BEST traffic court judge over my 28 year career. Really sad to hear of his passing!!

So sorry to read about Frank´s passing. I remember well how hard we worked to get CAHA straightened out in the late 80´s and early 90´s. And to now see so many California kids playing in the NHL. Peace be with all of you.

The ice in Heaven will not be able to keep up with you Frank, I remember every call, he would say, "ok Kiddo what do we want to do with this case?" And most recently, telling me about his trip to Kaui and of course, I would say why not Maui he said well is slower in Kaui , and then he said, I may try to go there next.
