Family & Friends;
I was very sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was a terrific person, and a really sweet guy. I had the great fortune of working with Frank at WaWa many years ago, and we became friends. Life and distance kept us from keeping in touch and I am sorry for that...but the memories of the good times and laughter will stay in my heart for always. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. We lost him far to soon.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. My prayers are with you.

God bless,

Sister Karl Ann, SSJ

My heart goes out to the family. I worked with Frank at State Police for years before retiring. He was always helpful kind and caring. If you needed help he was there for you. I am sure the mail room and all of State Police will miss him. My prayers are with everyone whose lives were touched by him, because they know how much he will be missed.

Frank will always remain a member of the state police family! His joyful spirit and kindness will be missed by all who have come to know him over the years at headquarters. May you find comfort knowing that he will always be remembered. Our sympathy to all of his family and friends during this difficult time.
