He was a gentleman--I will remember the times he came into the Town Hall and the great conversations we had about things going on in Dalton. He was very proud of his children & grandchildren. I always had a special affection for Fran. He was the kindly milkman who always made time to stop and say hello to the collection of neighborhood kids gathered on the street.
